    We work with our customer’s to understand their needs and drives – to prove a new concept often takes a lot of listening to gain a full insight as to how the customer wished to progress and gain an early outcome from a new technology or idea.

    We have had a lot of recent successes in being able to take basic concepts, call up other disciplines, and after a couple of initial meetings produce a path to develop the idea into product.

    We find this process is one of the most rewarding parts of the job.

  • Setting design parameters

    The design parameters for an R&D project, a process or a product are very important to a successful outcome.

    We provide advice and a methodology for drilling into the essence of a technology or project to discover the undiscovered.

    Often this yields alternatives, other pathways to achieving the aims sooner, with less impedances and of course reduce overall cost.

  • Rapid Prototyping

    Always a very required skill touching on all of the core competencies. To be able to accept a concept and produce a first version within weeks or days rather than many months.

    This ability allows our customers to discover the appropriate path to product earlier to refine and optimise before full manufacture.

    Often electro-mechanical parts can be in an operational mode early so that refined design choices can be made prior to spending large budgets on manufacture.

  • CAD – Circuit simulation

    We best serve our customers by coupling the very latest tools to the appropriate skill and expertise.

    Thereby making the project or process more efficient, to be dependable because the critical path is accurate and stable to ensure quality in the design and final product.

  • Optimise Manufacturing Process

    Coupled to correct design parameters laid out in the initial stages, we continually examine ways in which products and processes can be improved to save time and unnecessary expense.

    This way our customers optimise their process by taking away pointless complexity, unwanted impedance and bloated procedures.
